This unique home has won environmental design awards and graced the pages of magazines including the front cover of "Houses"; a publication endorsed by the Australian Institute of Architects. Designed by Dan Sparks of Sparks Architects, originally mentored by the renowned Gabriel Poole.

The home has three bedrooms, a studio/fourth bedroom, three designer bathrooms and a chef appointed kitchen. The open plan living area steps out onto a large north facing deck where you can enjoy the sweeping views, feel the late afternoon sea breezes, and entertain your friends into the evening. Three large water tanks cleverly built into the house contain 58,000 litres of water and provide thermal mass that helps regulate temperatures all year round.

The lower level houses a self-contained studio complete with kitchen and bathroom, great for guest retreat, or as studio or study, as well as extensive undercroft storage and fruit & veggie gardens.
Privacy is absolute, hidden from the outside world, a testament to a designers dream.
